ARTIST IN HOUSE

 

Since childhood, Michael J.Cooney has been actively creating and designing with his God given gift as an artist.  He has been commissioned to create many subjects incluiding wildlife, portraits of celebrities including several past presidents and the Pope.  His works have been deversified from highly detailed technical illustrations, charcoal drawings, oil paintings and watercolors, to bronze sculptures for corporations and law enforcement agencies.  

 

Over the past three decades, Michael's focus has primarily been aviation and depictions of military aircraft past to present with a large body of work dedicated to the U.S.Navy Blue Angels and U.S.Air Force Thunderbirds. His works hang in various museums, military units and squadrons, International airports as well as private collections.
